Before you write
- Lost your password. Use password recovery; the link arrives by email and expires after 30 minutes.
- Deleted an account or household by mistake. You have 30 days and the recovery code shown at deletion. Go to restore.
- An assistant cannot connect. Check the connection is still listed in Settings and has not been revoked, then see connecting an assistant.
- You want your data. Settings has a full JSON export. You do not need to ask us.
Security reports
Send security issues to rongduan.zhu@gmail.com with “security” in the subject. Please give us a reasonable chance to fix a problem before publishing it, and do not access, alter or retain anyone else's data while investigating.
Medical questions
We cannot answer them. Cozibud keeps records; it does not give medical advice. Ask a clinician, and in an emergency call your local emergency number.
